Club vs Club

Two clubs. Several lines. One fixture winner.

What is Club vs Club?

A club vs club fixture: two teams play several named doubles lines. The club that wins more lines wins the fixture. Odd line counts always produce a winner. Even line counts can split; then the winner is decided by sets, then games (ICTA-style — shown as 2–2 · 4–4 sets · 34–30 games). Use one Brakto division per competitive group (Ladies A, Mixed C), not one division per line.

1Choose Club vs Club on tennis, pickleball, or badminton
2Pick a line template (use the ? next to Line template for what each starter means), then rename any line
3Rename any line (Men’s 1, Ladies’ 1, Mixed 1) so the court display matches your league
4Admin → Manage divisions → Add teams (name each Club Dual side; players can come later)

1Join a club roster for that fixture

Key Characteristics

Two clubs, 3–6 named doubles lines (rename them for the display)
Tennis: best of 3 sets (6–6 TB, optional 10-point match TB)
Pickleball and badminton: best of 3 games (11 or 21)
Fixture winner = most lines; split → sets then games
Separate from MLP Team Format (pickleball DreamBreaker)

FAQs

Can we name lines Men’s 1 instead of Line 1?

·Yes. Open the division → Club vs Club → Line names on the display
·Pick the 5-line combined template (Men’s 1–2, Ladies’ 1, Mixed 1–2), or edit any template’s names
·Save. Scoreboard, TV, and printouts use those names; existing fixtures update without wiping scores

We created 34 divisions, one per line. Is that right?

·No. Use one Club Dual division per league + skill (Mixed A, Ladies B, +55 C)
·Lines live inside that division
·Brakto then names the club winner, including 2–2 games-won tiebreaks
