Club ($790/yr, annual only) fits venues running many events per year with up to 256 participants each. Larger events (257+) always need Event XL — even if you have Club.
Can I subscribe to Club for one big tournament?
No. Club is annual billing with a 256-player cap per event. A 528-player volleyball tournament requires Event XL ($549 list) — not Club.

Essentials (FREE) is ideal if you manage payments offline and need bracket management for up to 16 players. Essentials Plus ($49 one-time) is best for manual-registration events with 17 to 128 players. Pro (FREE + $5 player-paid fee at registration) is best for tournaments with online registration. Ultimate ($790/mo billed annually, no player service fees) is best for clubs running multiple events — flat annual subscription with no per-event fees.
What is the player service fee?
Players — not organizers — pay a $5 service fee per registration on Pro plans. This fee is automatically added to the player's total during registration. Ultimate subscribers have no player service fees. Organizers pay $0 in service fees. Essentials (FREE) has no player fees since registration is handled manually.
What are credit card fees?
Credit card processing fees (~2.9% + $0.30/transaction) normally apply when collecting online payments. There are no hidden costs to organizers on any plan.
Can I switch plans?
Yes! Upgrade to Unlimited anytime. If you run frequent events, the subscription quickly pays for itself.
Is there a refund policy?
For per-tournament purchases, we offer refunds before your tournament starts - contact us within 48 hours. Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime.
