What do players pay at registration?

Players pay the registration price you set — and, only if you enable it, an optional card processing line. You pay Brakto the flat Event or Club plan once.

What about payment processing fees?

When players pay you online, standard card processing fees apply (typically about 2.9% + $0.30). By default they come out of your payout. You can optionally pass them to players in Fees settings.

When do I need Event instead of Free?

Free is offline only (≤16, CSV import). Any online registration needs Event — including small fields. Pick a size: $79 up to 64, then $149 / $249 / $549, or custom for 601+.

How do Event size options work?

Pick a size: ≤64 = $79, 65–128 = $149, 129–256 = $249, 257–600 = $549, 601+ = custom. Checkout updates when you change the selection.

By players vs Team sport — which should I use?

How does team sport pricing work?

Team sports price by total roster spots: teams × players per team. Example: 88 volleyball teams × 6 = 528 participants → $549 list ($299 with sponsor placement).

When should I pick Club?

Club is $790/year (billed annually — no monthly plan), unlimited events up to 256 players each. It breaks even at about 10 Event-sized ($79) tournaments per year. Events with 257+ players still need Event XL separately.

Can I subscribe to Club for one big tournament?

Usually no — Club is annual. A 528-player volleyball event needs Event XL ($549 list), not Club alone.
