Which plan should I choose?
Essentials (FREE) is ideal if you manage payments offline and just need bracket management with up to 128 players. Pro ($25 + $4 player fee per registration) is best for tournaments with online registration - we absorb all credit card fees! Ultimate ($99/mo + $1 player fee per registration) is best for clubs running multiple events - lowest player fees and we absorb credit card fees.
What is the player service fee?
Players pay a small service fee when they register online: +$4 per registration on Pro, or just +$1 per registration on Ultimate (saving $3/player). Essentials (FREE) has no player fees since payments are handled offline.
What are credit card fees?
Credit card processing fees (~2.9% + $0.30/transaction) normally apply when collecting online payments. For both Pro and Ultimate tiers, we absorb these fees so you don't have to worry about them! Essentials avoids these entirely since payments are handled offline.
Can I switch plans?
Yes! Upgrade to Unlimited anytime. If you run frequent events, the subscription quickly pays for itself.
Is there a refund policy?
For per-tournament purchases, we offer refunds before your tournament starts - contact us within 48 hours. Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime.
