2. Creating Your First Tournament

5-Step Tournament Wizard
Select from 50+ sports including Tennis, Pickleball, Badminton, Basketball, Esports, and more. Use pre-built templates or start from scratch.
Set tournament name, dates, venue/location, registration deadline, and description.
Create divisions with names, bracket formats (Single Elimination, Double Elimination, Round Robin, Pool Play, Swiss, King of Court, MLP, Club vs Club, Rotation League, Voting Contest), max teams, and skill levels. Use CSV to bulk import teams.
Free covers ≤8 players offline (CSV). Event adds online registration — one-time setup ($25 one-time setup to open online registration, plus $2 per player (paid by the player)). Club is Club from $99/mo or $999/yr for unlimited events. Standard payment processing fees apply when players pay you online.
Review all tournament details, complete payment, and publish your tournament. Registration opens immediately!

Division Customization:

Waitlist Settings
Control what happens when divisions reach capacity:
- Waitlist Enabled: Players are added to a waitlist and can be accepted when spots open
- Waitlist Disabled: Registration is blocked when the division is full
- Manage waitlists from the tournament admin dashboard
- Divisions with waitlist disabled show a "Disabled" badge in the waitlist management page
