Create your tournament

Click Create Tournament on your dashboard. The wizard walks you through sport, name and dates, divisions (e.g. Singles Open, Doubles 4.0), plan selection, and publish.

Tip: Start with status Draft while you set up. Switch to Registration Open when ready for signups.

Add players

Open Registration

Share your tournament link. Players register, choose partners, and pay on their own.

CSV / Excel Import

Bulk upload from a spreadsheet. Download our template from the import page.

Generate brackets

Go to any division and click Create Bracket or Create Pools. Choose from 8 formats:

Single Elimination
Double Elimination
Round Robin
Pool Play + Playoffs
Swiss System

MLP Team Format

Go to Admin → Schedule Matches and use Auto-Scheduler:

Set your start time and number of courts
Click Auto-Schedule — rest periods and court conflicts handled automatically
Manually adjust any matches if needed

Go live & score

Set status to In Progress. Click any match to enter scores — brackets update automatically. Players see results in real-time from any device.

Check-In

QR code or manual as players arrive

TV Display

Cast live standings via Admin → TV Display

After the event: Set status to Completed. Final standings are saved permanently.
