Online sign-up for players and fast tournament-day check-in
Players can register for your tournament from any device. They pick their division, choose a doubles partner (if applicable), and pay the registration fee — all before tournament day.
Select one or more divisions. Spots remaining and fees are shown for each.
For doubles divisions, search for an existing player or type in a new partner name.
If fees are set, the player completes payment via Stripe. Fee breakdown shows registration fee + service fee.
Player is added to the tournament and receives a confirmation email with details.
When a division is full, players can join the waitlist instead. As spots open up (withdrawals, no-shows), the organizer can promote waitlisted players into the division from the admin panel.
On tournament day, confirm who actually showed up. Check-in tracks attendance so you can adjust brackets for no-shows.
Print a QR code and post it at the venue. Players scan it on their phone, confirm their identity, and check in.
Organizer sees a full player list with search and filters. Check in players one by one, verify waivers, and track progress.
From the tournament admin, click Check-In. You'll see all registered players with their status.
Search by name or filter by status (All / Checked In / Pending).
Verify the player's email and phone. Confirm the liability waiver is signed. Click Check In.
On the check-in page, click Generate QR Code. Download the image or copy the URL. Post it at your registration desk — players scan, verify their info, and check themselves in.
Check-in status resets daily at midnight for multi-day tournaments.
