Per division: Allow waitlist is enabled and max capacity (complete teams) is reached. Unpaired looking-for-partner players do not fill a team slot. If waitlist is off, new complete-team registrations are blocked when full. Enable waitlist in division settings.
WAITING (queued), NOTIFIED (spot-offer email sent), ACCEPTED (promoted to active registration), plus DECLINED, EXPIRED, and CANCELLED terminal states.
Notify emails that a spot may be available (status → NOTIFIED). Accept immediately moves the team into active participants and sends confirmation — use when the spot is confirmed.
Viewing the waitlist works on Free. Notify and promote actions require Event/Club. Upgrade banners appear when a paid action is gated.
