It is the admin hub for creating divisions, setting format/capacity/fees, viewing pool and bracket progress, and opening seeding, brackets, pool schedule, and team views. On each division card, Settings is under More; Brackets stays visible once setup is past mid-roster for Club Dual.
Players can pick divisions during online registration. Admins can Import Players (CSV — manual-import events only), Add Player, or use Move Players (Admin submenu) to reassign existing registrations.
From the Division Management header, Delete All permanently removes all divisions and associated teams, brackets, matches, pools, and standings. This cannot be undone — only use it when resetting the entire competitive structure.
Yes. Use reset/delete bracket actions on a division that already has pools or brackets. That clears competition structures while keeping the division and teams (unless you delete teams separately).
From Manage Players, open Move Players (or Admin → Move Players).
Pick different From and To divisions. Drop into Move here to relocate without pairing, onto a Looking for partner name to move and form a team, or onto a team to join it. Staged rows highlight in amber until you Save changes.
Use Manage Players for refunds, withdraw, payments, notes, and single-player partner edits. Avoid Add Player for people already on the roster.
Fastest on Manage Players: change the Partner column on that division’s row (or Actions → Remove partner name for placeholders).
For bulk pairing in one division: Move Players — set To to None. Drag one looking-for-partner player onto another to pair, onto a team to join, a team into Looking for partner to split, or one team onto another to swap partners (leaders stay; partners switch). Staged changes highlight until Save.
To move someone into another division while pairing, pick a different To division.
To drop the old partner from the division: on Manage Players use Actions → Manage divisions → Remove division (or Withdraw for refund history).
Manage Players is the roster desk: add players, payments, refunds, withdraw, notes, check-in status, and per-row partner changes.
Move Players is the bulk board: To = None for partners; a different To to move between divisions. Save once. Deep links: ?mode=partners|move&from=divisionId&to=divisionId.
Open Move Players. Set To to None. Drag one complete team onto the center of another team until it highlights (not just reorder in the list).
Leaders stay on their teams; the non-leader partners switch. Both rows highlight as Partners swapped · unsaved until you Save changes.
Division max capacity counts complete teams only. An unpaired doubles/mixed player looking for a partner is a player, not a team, and does not fill a team slot. Promote people from Admin → Waitlist.
Yes for a single fixture: two opposing sides. Maximum Teams defaults to 2 (or unset, which also means 2).
For a multi-club season (round robin then playoffs), raise Maximum Teams to 4+ in division Settings. When the card shows Edit teams, rename or delete sides there; delete a side to free a slot before adding a replacement.
Admin → Manage divisions. On each Club Dual card, Add teams creates empty named sides (no players required). A fixture is capped at 2 teams by default; raise Maximum Teams to 4+ in Settings (More → Settings) only for a multi-club season. Then Add players or Import to fill the roster. While teams/roster are incomplete, Brackets is under More.
These are team names for the dual (e.g. Banbury TC 1), not Brakto Clubs at /clubs.
The public Teams tab lists named teams even before players exist (awaiting roster). Manage Players stays empty until you add or import players.
Club Dual can save named teams with no players yet. Brackets and Manage divisions show those sides. Teams lists them as awaiting roster. Manage Players only lists people — it stays at 0 until you add or import players.
Division Management counts players and teams separately (never treats empty teams as players).

Pick one (the 5-line combined set is Men’s 1, Men’s 2, Ladies’ 1, Mixed 1, Mixed 2) or edit any line name. Save.
