DRAFT/PRIVATE — not publicly browseable. INVITE_ONLY — share the registration link. PUBLIC — visible but registration not open. REGISTRATION_OPEN / CLOSED — signup window. IN_PROGRESS — play live. COMPLETED — finished.

Confirm event details, monitor signups, finish Stripe Connect if you charge fees, and configure automatic notification emails. Free-tier events may rely on manual import until upgraded.
