A paid, season-long doubles league where partners rotate every session. A fixed pool of 16–32 paid players shares a block of weekly court time across 13 sessions (typically 12 regular weeks plus a playoff). The organizer sets a target number of sessions per player (automatic or manual); the default for a 32-player, 4-court, 16-per-session setup is about 6 regular-season sessions each. Week 13 is a playoff featuring the top 16 players ranked by win percentage.

FAQs

A player was scheduled on a week they marked unavailable

·Have the player go to My Availability and verify the week is toggled off (red)
·Unavailability only prevents scheduling on future generated weeks — it does not retroactively remove players from already-created pools
·Manually remove the player's PoolTeam from that week's pool if the schedule was already generated
·Re-run schedule generation for that single week with the player's week marked unavailable

Nobody is claiming an open spot

·Check that the drop request email was sent (notifiedAt field on PoolSubRequest should be set)
·Share the Open Spots page link directly with players via your group chat
·If the session is days away, the organizer can manually swap the PoolTeam in the pool admin
·Consider reducing the player pool size in future cycles if subs are consistently unclaimed

A player's session count is significantly lower than others
