Workflow
The draw, the round pairings and the standings stay in sync, so you do not rebuild the event after every round.
Pick chess, set the dates and venue, then open online registration or import an entry list by CSV/Excel.
Choose Swiss, round robin or a knockout cup, set the round count and seed the entries.
Publish pairings, enter results, and let the standings and tiebreakers update after each round.
Rules
Game points and Swiss tiebreakers follow the standard chess model.
A win is 1 point, a draw is ½ and a loss is 0. Swiss divisions can allow draws.
Tied players are ranked by the total score of the opponents they faced.
Wins against stronger opponents are weighted more heavily, as the standard specifies.
Set the number of Swiss rounds up front so the event fits the venue and the day.
Double elimination is supported for 4, 8, 16 and 32-team fields; other sizes are rejected with a clear message.
Split entries by rating band, age or club, with separate standings per division.
